I have several options - A few of Mick Herron's novellas b/c I am kind of hooked on the Slow Horses MI5 series. And perhaps Roderick Hudson Henry James's first novel. Or Trust the latest Pulitzer Prize winner. Who knows? I'm planning to have a cocktail and decide through the fuzz of alcohol.

Hooray for brunch!! See you there...not sure what I’m bringing to read yet. Maybe the new Zadie Smith that I had to put down because of, cough cough, other books? Or maybe start my annual re-read of A Christmas Carol?

Hahahaha at “cough cough.” You’re not in a book club cult that sometimes reads more than one book at once, and difficult/intellectual books too, are you??? That would be lunacy 😝😜

Attending remotely; reading "The Power of the Dog." Started it yesterday and can't put it down. Read "Trust" last summer--it's terrific.
