If you and Brian want the flexibility to change the reading from week to week, that works for me. However, having a schedule for the whole club is really useful—especially if I know I’ll be missing a meeting.
I'm so excited for this one! I picked up used copies of the books and when one arrived last night I flipped through it and found that it came with penciled-in notes from a previous reader. One of the insights included O'Connor's line "He wanted a private place to go to" underlined with the reader note "He wants to be alone."
I will be there, I just need to sign up! And I'm going to try to recruit a friend or two to join. I feel like Flannery O'Connor is someone that I lot of readers mean to read, and then just haven't, for whatever reason.
Hey Christopher, Is there a table showing what we reading each week for this club? Where can I find it?
There isn't a table, I should have made one! I can make one if that would be helpful

That's a good point. I'll put one together!

I'm thinking we'll have some deeper observations!
Hahahaha

She really is. Thank you so much for recruiting friends to join!
