I'm torn! I'm going out of town this weekend, so it's either: 1. get started on something I'll be reading when I get back (Joan Didion), or 2. start something new and totally diverting that will last me over the weekend. Maybe I will settle for re-reading some Hemingway or Flannery stories.
Finished it. Very little gay; mostly work. Marketing different from the actual book. Moral of the story is that path to wealth during that time was net sales mating with entertainment
I'm also bringing a stack of recent New Yorkers and Atlantics
Thanks! I totally forgot to leave a book out of the shipped luggage 🙃😅
I’m reading The Subtle Art of Not Giving A Fuck and Carrie. As you can see, I’m not an intellectual 😜
The Marlow Murder Club
The Fortunate Fall by Cameron Reed 🙂
Our table is reading various Brandon Sanderson and Sarah J Mass books!
Switching to fantasy tonight:
One Dark Window by Rachel Gillig
As a Gemini, I always bring 2. Tonight: The Midnight Library by Matt Haig, and Love in a Fucked Up World by Dean Spade

Daughter of the Blood by Anne Bishop
Just started Barry Diller's new book - good read so far.
