What are you reading?
If you’re joining us for today’s sold out reading party at the Sorrento from 3 to 5 pm, what are you bringing to read?
If you’re joining today’s party virtually — click here for the Zoom link — I’d love to know what you’re reading as well.
Even if you’re not attending today’s reading party, I’d still love to know what you’re reading!
Tell us in the comments.
I am reading Dune for the first time, because I’m enrolled in the Dune book club that meets on Zoom tomorrow night.
I’ve never read a word of Dune before, and am not typically a sci-fi guy. Wish me luck!
Today’s musician: Worker Sam

Worker Sam will perform live from 3 to 5 pm Pacific.
They are a cellist, songwriter, and session musician who uses loop pedals to layer intricate cello arrangements and create improvised compositions.
Literary birthdays will be announced during a brief pause in the music at 3:10 pm.
And you? What are you reading?
Don’t forget to put it in the comments.
I get the best ideas about what to read next from reading these comment threads.
