The show of music and storytelling is followed by a karaoke afterparty — details of the afterparty come with your receipt and confirmation.

Julia Sweeney is driving up from LA, Quinn Franzen is flying out from NYC, and Audrey Van Buskirk is shimmying in from PDX — and FrizzLit’ers from all over are flying or driving or shimmying in as well.

Friends and family are invited, as well as people who are FrizzLit curious but have never been in a book club.

If you’re coming from afar and you’ve never been to the Silent Reading Party at the Sorrento, there are still a few seats for the reading party one night before, on July 31.

It would be fun to see you there and read together!
