Have you ever been to Florence? That will be one of the discussion questions for the first night of the E. M. Forster Book Club, because Florence is where the start of the novel is set.

Along the way, I’ll share historical context, geographical context, biographical information about the author, and more.

And yes, at our last session, we’ll compare it to the movie starring Helena Bonham Carter and Daniel Day Lewis.
